Continuous Professional Development Model to Improve Teacher Professional Competence

The objective of this study is to describe the continuous professional development model enhance teacher competence. This was qualitative and employed a phenomenological method. research conducted at two public high schools in Balangan Province. Principals, vice principals, teachers identified through purposive sampling were key informants. Interviewing, observation, documenting approaches for collecting data. Validity data determined by triangulating engineering triangulation peer review triangulation. Interactive analysis Huberman comprising gathering, display, reduction, verification/inference, with use analysis. According findings study, enhancing competency based on supervision, IHT, external training, began an evaluation speed, planning, implementation, evaluation, follow-up.
